George Clooney and Evan Rachel Wood posed together at the London premiere of The Ides of March today. George's girlfriend Stacy Keibler didn't join him for the event, but she was his red carpet companion earlier this week. George and Stacy showed up at a NYC screening of The Descendants on Sunday and she was by his side again for last night's Paris premiere of The Ides of March. George and Stacy continued their evening at the film's afterparty, and later enjoyed dinner at L'Arc with George's costar Philip Seymour Hoffman as well as Catherine Deneuve and Princess Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco. George and Stacy's time in the City of Lights didn't last long since George popped up in the UK for a photocall this morning.
What, you didn't think we'd let the release of The Ides of March go by without highlighting Ryan Gosling's hotness, did you? Continuing in our recent but grand tradition of celebrating Gosling on film (see him in Drive and Crazy, Stupid, Love), here are the latest set of photos of him — in The Ides of March as a savvy political strategist. Gosling is working those slim button-downs and ties just as hard as his character is on the campaign trail. Check him out.

Ryan Gosling and George Clooney shared a hug and a laugh on the red carpet at Tuesday evening's LA premiere of The Ides of March. The dapper twosome were joined by their costars in the movie Evan Rachel Wood, a Marios Schwab-clad Marisa Tomei, and Max Minghella, who had girlfriend Kate Mara along as his date. George Clooney also brought a special someone along to the screening — Stacy Keibler. Stacy and George made their public debut at TIFF where he was promoting both The Ides of March and The Descendants. Ryan Gosling, meanwhile, has been on a charm offensive making the interview rounds for both the political drama and his recently released and well-reviewed indie film Drive. Still, Ryan didn't bring his real life-leading lady Eva Mendes along as his premiere date. Ryan and Eva did go on a romantic walk last week, though most of his days are spent reigniting his onscreen chemistry with Emma Stone filming The Gangster Squad.
George Clooney and Stacy Keibler may not have walked the red carpet together, but they did make a statement at last night's Toronto International Film Festival premiere of The Ides of March. George didn't pose with his new girlfriend, Stacy, though he did get cozy with his cast including Ryan Gosling and Paul Giamatti. Toronto is Ryan's hometown, and he brought his mom, Donna Gosling, as his date for the evening. Before the screening Ryan and George started the festivities with a cocktail party at the Grey Goose Soho House Pop-Up Lounge, where there were hugs galore between the handsome actors. Ryan and George also showed their chemistry at The Ides of March press conference earlier in the day. Stacy was right behind George as they returned to their hotel at the end of the evening, and he even sweetly stopped to grab her hand and make sure she was OK as they made their way through the fan frenzy in the lobby. Ryan, meanwhile, was on his own when he called it a night, but he did make time to stop for a few pictures before heading to his room. George Clooney and Ryan Gosling were full of laughs and smiles at the press conference for The Ides of March in Toronto on Friday. They premiered their movie at TIFF later in the evening, and George confirmed his relationship with Stacy Keibler by bringing her along to the festival. The two leading men had great banter on the stage together, including a moment when Gosling described working with director Clooney as "more than fun. It was life altering," to which George responded by throwing $50 bills at Ryan. Both guys have other movies debuting at TIFF on Saturday, with George starring in the already well-reviewed The Descendants and Ryan once again premiering Drive. For both George and Ryan their double-duty festival darlings are getting award season buzz, so hopefully seeing the two side by side is just a preview of what's to come this Winter. George Clooney was in a cheerful mood on the set of The Ides of March in Detroit yesterday. He started filming the movie alongside his costar Ryan Gosling last month in Cincinnati, and George is taking the director's seat as well as starring in this project. The movie has been praised for bringing in a cash injection to the filming locations, but George missed out on a paycheque as his negotiations for a fragrance deal ended up going nowhere.
